The Peach House is strategically located in in-town Atlanta in historic Inman Park, Atlanta’s first suburb dating back to 1889. Examples of all types of historic architecture, such as: Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Shingle Style, and bungalows can be found in the neighborhood. In addition, the neighborhood boasts several green space parks. The houses in the historic district are primarily private residences.

In addition to being located in a wonderful in-town neighborhood, The Peach House is adjacent to 2 cultural districts within Atlanta. First, just minutes away and within walking distance is the
Sweet Auburn Historic District. This district reflects the history, heritage and achievements of Atlanta’s African Americans. This area is home to many historic sites, including Martin Luther King Jr.’s birth home, Ebenezer Baptist Church (Martin Luther King’s church), and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic site. Secondly, also only minutes away and within walking distance is the eclectic and entertaining business community and neighborhood of Little Five Points. By far, it is the most diverse section in the city with a rich mix of art, theater and commerce.
