The Peach House policies:

· Check-in Time: Flexible

· Check-out Time: 12:00p (noon)

· Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.

· Deposit: A reservation can be secured and confirmed with a credit card. Full amount of stay is payable upon check-in. Payment Options: Cash, Visa or Mastercard

· Cancellations: Cancellations, for all or part of your stay, must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival time. If not, the charge is one night’s stay, including tax. All other cancellations will incur a $25.00 processing fee.

· Children: All well-mannered children are welcome. Childcare can be provided, for a fee, with advance notice.

· Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside The Peach House, but guests are welcome to smoke outside – on the porch, verandah and courtyard.

· Pets: The Peach House cannot accommodate pets.
